    Looks good! I have 2 suggestions. I’d recommend going a little bit lighter char on the peppers, garlic, and tomatoes. With too much char it will cause the salsa to be a bit too bitter in my opinion. You want your salsa to be nicely balanced. I’d also remove some of the seeds from the jalepenos. Cuz the end result looks like it has a lot of seeds, and I think cutting back on them will giver your salsa a better texture.

    What’s the sprinkle on everything? Paprika? “Mesquite”? SPG?
