Most other sriracha sauces I’ve found either taste way too sweet or just plain funky. This highlights the chili and garlic flavours and is decently thick. If Huy Fong is a 10, this is an 8+ for sure

Closest I’ve found to the original.
My favorite is the Underwood Farms one–it’s the chili supplier Huy Fong used to use.
Huy fong is in stock everywhere around me but nobody wants to buy it anymore because it’s so different than it used to be. Not even spicy nowadays.
I’ve seen this around , I will most definitely try it out , been trying to find a good replacement 🌶️
