    On a stone at 550 home oven.
    Made a quick sauce with crushed toms, oregano, salt, garlic powder. Basil under the cheese along w a sprinkle of oregano. Primarily whole milk mozz (Wegmans brand) with a touch on fontina I had around. Then, immediately out of the oven, more basil and grada padana
