I love making these little collages to keep an overview of where my daily calories go, and it keeps me accountable to stick to my target 🎯

From top left to bottom right – coconut yoghurt with fruit mix and some peanut butter drizzle, my fave energy drink, fiid chip shop curry bowl topped with some tomato/onions, lettuce taco and soft shell taco (beef, tzatziki, onion, tomato, salsa, lettuce), broghies (topped with surimi/perinaise/nori sprinkle mix, mini peppers with cream cheese done in the air fryer) and then I had a solero ice cream and some grapes as a movie snack.

I can’t rave enough about the mini peppers with cream cheese. I got the idea from someone either on here, or maybe the volume eating sub? In the air fryer the peppers soften, char a little and get even sweeter.

    Good job! I love that you managed to have this many meals with just that amount of calories. This is basically what I strive for
