My first time making it, on gluten & yeast free toast. I’m anemic, and I hate iron supplements 😆 delish! $3.50 for almost 3 cups. Made in the instant pot.

Ingredients:
-16 oz chicken liver
-1 shallot
-1-2 tbsp manzanilla sherry
-1-2 tbsp EVOO
-1 tbsp dried parsley
-1/8 tsp nutmeg
-1/4 tsp ground pepper
-2 tsp iodized sea salt

Garnish:
-1/4 tsp garlic salt
-red chili flakes
-drizzle of EVOO

Add ingredients to instant pot. Manual 7 mins on high pressure. Release after manual cook, 1-2 mins.
