Tri tip, red potatoes, sweet onion, petite carrots, garlic, soy dry rub seasoning, and a can of beef broth.
Some people might think this is too soup-y, but that’s how my partner and I like it! The broth is the best part.
Unfortunately this crockpot is on its last legs and I will need to get a new one soon. The control panel was bugging out last night but I managed to get it started on 10hr low heat.

Curious why tri tip instead of chuck roast? Also i highly recommend a staub 13.25qt dutch oven. It’ll be perfect
