Looks fantastic. I love that you did this right on the table using parchment paper. I love using parchment myself but I hadn’t thought of doing it direct. Gives more space and nothing rolls off the board. Brilliant!
Oh and I love the labels. I’ve been brainstorming how I can do this myself and still have it be cute. Well done!

It looks great but why include the whole cucumbers and carrots? I can’t see anyone taking an entire one nor would I think they’d feel comfortable cutting it up at the board.

I feel like this can also be cross posted to r/Aldi. I definitely spy some Aldi goodies like the hummus platter and the cranberry cinnamon goat cheese. It looks delicious.
