Hey guys Tiffany here welcome to my channel if you’re new and if you’re a returning subscriber welcome back so in today’s video I have a huge grocery haul for you guys please excuse my voice I’m going through a little cold but I’m not going to let it stop me from getting
Back on the right track so today what I’m going to do is going to show you guys everything that I got in this huge grocery haul and I even like to give examples of what I like to use each grocery item for I do shop for not only
Myself which I decided that I’ll assume a healthy balanced lifestyle in count macros but I also buy for my family as well and my husband will be eating the Mediterranean diet lifestyle so there may be a few items in there that can fit for both or one or the other and because
I shop for these items two days ago we may be already using some of the things but I’m still going to show you guys exactly what we got whether it’s open or not so let’s go ahead and jump straight into this grocery haul first thing we’re
Going to start with is this feta cheese and I’m actually I love to use this for like a grilled chicken Greek salad or just like um maybe pop some inside of like a pasta salad I could do that for a Mediterranean dish for my husband I have
Some turkey breast lunch me and for this I just like to make like a nice healthy sandwich or even like cut it up and put it inside of a salad like almost like a chef’s salad next thing I have is I bought some cucumbers I bought some cheddar uh shark
Cheese I just use just one serving is this and I like to do it a lot of times in like a side salad with some bacon bits or iceberg lettuce I have some fresh brussel sprouts I like to dice those in half and then I like to crisp them in the the
Oven we have some roma lettuce I’ll use this for like a grilled chicken Greek salad or more like a leafy type of a green salad I have one and a half dozen eggs and I actually just bought those these I can use these for so many
Different things I can use this for egg fat which is more of a faster weight loss thing that I do on this channel sometimes or I can use it for like double day I could use this um to pop on a a salad or I could do like scrambled
Um eggs with spinach in there for breakfast like I I could do so much with that it’s not even funny I bought some bananas um you could just have those as a snack or uh one thing I’ve been kind of inserting them into is like this week I’ve really
Gotten into like um overnight oats and popping all the different fruits inside of there so you can use it for that bell peppers I I like this for so many different things like grilled chicken fajitas which I just had a couple nights ago even like to add on to
Like a turkey sandwich or something like that I got sweet potatoes which I can use for a lot of different dishes for my husband like last night I made him a sweet mashed potatoes okay and then he can only as far as the milk go right now on the Mediterranean
Diet he can only do like either a skin milk or 1% milk as you can see we’ve been using that and then I’ve also been using that in the overnight oats as well um I also bought 1% chocolate milk just to just to have him something other
Than water um I know his main thing is to drink water right now but that’s like another alternative I even bought these um whole weed extra white egg noodles and because they’re whole wheat I can use them for like the Mediterranean diet and then I could just make something healthy with
It maybe put like some shrimp or something like that on there I also bought like a few other like seasonings that I needed some more of I bought oregano I like to put this on my turkey sandwiches and stuff and then um just for extra seasoning on stuff garlic
Powder I like this because it’s like a good nons salted sort of option for while I’m cooking a good way to add flavor without extra salt and then I also like a parsley I actually added that on the dish that I made him the other night I
Made like um a shrimp scampy on like some whole grain noodles sort of situation onion powder it’s the same as like garlic powder I might need to adjust this lighting so you guys can see this I hope you can see the labels and stuff and then this is one of my
Favorites for like a grilled chicken sort of option when I’m cooking that is this uh roasted garlic and herb I love this stuff but be a little careful though cuz it do have salt added in there and if you put a little bit too much like it might just don’t don’t put
Too much okay so I also bought um one pack of ground turkey uh this is the 85 lean and 15% fat ground turkey so I bought this because I can make me like some turkey tacos or a turkey taco salad or something like that I love that option maple syrup I’ve been putting
This inside of our overnight oats to give it a little bit of sweetness so that’s been working out really well I really like that um I got some red onions which I actually already opened but I love red onions for so many different things like like I put it
Inside of my husband’s um pasta salads that I’ve been making him for lunch and all of that along with like I’ll make my my grilled chicken with it and I’ll sauté the onions first it gives it great great great flavor and I can use it for
Other things as well so this right here I ended up picking up last minute this red wine vinegarette and I bought this because it was the lady with a Mediterranean dish she was making like a lentil soup and I’m like okay want to try that and she said do not forget to
Add a shot of this so that’s what I got it for hopefully it tastes good um iceberg lettuce okay so this why I like to make my side salads with there’s no nutritional value for this but I love the taste of it especially with like some of that finely shredded
Shark cheese and some bacon bits and like a little um reduced fat wrench or something like that oh my God I love that’s like my favorite size salad I promise you I got just um I had got two red bell peppers but I already cut up one um the
Other day when I ended up making my husband I ended up dicing it up when I made the uh shrimp scampy with the the noodles and everything I cut up one of these in order to dice it inside of there but I can also use this for like stuff
Like when I Criss the um when I Criss the uh Brussels spr inside the of it I like to cut these up in chunky pieces along with red onion and chunky pieces when I tell y’all it give it such great flavor especially when you add like a
Drizzle of like some um lemon juice on top of there oh my God it be like that with a little bit of garlic and on onion powder is like it with a little bit of sea salt don’t even get me started so this right here is spaghetti
Squash um I love this stuff I I cut the these in half and I bake them and honestly I figured this would be a great option for my husband because it’s a nice vegetable you know you can kind of string it out like kind of like spaghetti but it’s like a lower carb
Option I used to eat these when I would do keto and I’m also planning on having some of these as well so a little bit of salt and pepper I like a little bit of butter in mine but you can’t really you’re not supposed to really have that
On the Mediterranean diet the butter part but you can put like some ol oil if that was the option um I bought these uh these uh what do you call these great tomatoes so I bought these because in my mind I’m like okay I make I can make like a
Certain like little dish and I could cut them in half and maybe sear them in something so you have like a different pop of color or you know something like that um or even like in some sort of like a pasta salad regular salad something like
That um I bought some Pico Theo and I really bought it for the pasta salad as well but I ended up not getting one that was it wasn’t that fresh um but honestly like most of this order came from like a pickup order most of it was the pickup order at
At Walmart and then of course I always forget stuff y’all so I ended up going grab some things from Meer and some things from Kroger but that’s that um then I also have lemons I had bought two I’ve been using the slices already so that’s that
Uh lemons listen I’ve been using that on like a lot of different stuff honestly like Chef girl or dbaby it gives it a whole another flavor you could do it on those mixed veggies I was talking about or even like with the shrimp that I grow
From my husband I ended up sprinkling a little bit on top of there and also too when I made him salmon cuz you can have that like basically every other day day like they say like 3 days I say 3 to 4 days a week on Mediterranean and it
Gives it a whole another great flavor um so I also have these grapes but you been eating these all like tearing these things up baby so but that’s a great snack me personally I don’t eat grapes because they almost killed me okay it might have been in set to side on there
I probably didn’t wash them good but I ain’t taking no chances so I don’t eat no grapes no more okay oh my favorite sugarfree uh coffee cream um coffee made sugarfree hazelnut oh it’s my favorite um they were for some reason they was out of it at the stores
For a long while so I’m glad they got it back uh regular sweet relish now sometimes I do most of the time I do the unsweetened relish right and I like love the option love the option but I kind of just had a taste for regular sweet
Relish so I can possibly make me like some devil eggs or something like that so I also got some yogurts and we’ve been eating these up well I haven’t really ate them like that but my husband been eating them for a little snack and I guess there’s really not
That many missing um it’s a 12pack blueberry and strawberry I think I asked for like strawberry and Peach but y’all know when they don’t have something they give you something else so um what I did do though was I used one of them one of the strawberry ones to put inside of our
Uh overnight oats and it really gave it like a good great little flavor added in there okay so that’s that um okay also got some fresh spinach I also got another bag I had two bags but I’ve been using the other on so like when I made that shrimp scampy I ended
Up tossing a little bit in there I actually tossed about two cups worth inside of his pasta to give him some like extra nutrients all that stuff some extra green vegetables in there and you know it wils down so much that he never even had a clue that’s he was eating all
Of that but I put about two cups in there uhoh and here’s the rest of what I got in this other bag okay so I got that then I also bought some frozen vegetable options just in case like I’m for on time or I want to oh or I want to make
Like a stir frry or something like that right so I got like um asparagus I got and that’s the spears so the full stick basically I got chopped kale I got more brussels sprouts y’all can see that it’s Brussels spr though um and then I also
Got this Deluxe stir fry cuz I’m like okay cool like on the days that like on the days that he can’t have like the fish or whatever like I feel like this would be a great option I can pair it with like some rice or something like
That like a whole grain rice for him um this right here I got this watermelon cuz my son wanted it and it’s only like a quarter or something right of a watermelon when I tell y’all this thing was like $6 for this little biggy slice okay so
But my son we’ve been eating it a little bit so got this great little fruit option snack option you know what I mean um another thing that I got was this uh shrimp I got the large uh peel Divine and theil off and this is what I ended up using for that
Shrimp scampy option I still got a lot of it left although I did use a decent little amount for that meal um also got some whole wheat crackers uh I figured this would be a good option for like him like if he wants some crackers
Or something like that or even like if I want some crackers with like some tuna or something like that okay and it’s a short stacks too so like if you took one to work it’s not like you got to take a whole stack with you you know so that’s
That here go my favorite sugarfree juice options which is by menade both of them um got the regular lemonade I like the pink lemonade too but the regular lemonade then the fruit punch fruit punch juice y’all oh if y’all been here you already know this is my favorite
Okay let’s see let me put this back um I got the little what it called this Mandarin oranges they actually sweet I opened them the last two days yesterday and today I took two it’s like a little snack and I ate them both days I’m like these are these are good and a
Good snack for like when you kind of already had you know breakfast or lunch or whatever and you want something additional that’s what I brought this for this right here I just bought I think I had three so he might have took one um big old plums y’all look at them big old
Plums another thing I bought was these apples are these Gala or Fiji gala gala apples um I like these app I think they’re so sweet and so I ended up getting these apples and I was chopping them up and putting them inside are overnight oats okay so that’s
That uh I also got these lightly PE cans I I’ve been calling them peans all week y’all my husband be like peans anyways y’all can see they almost gone I’ve been doing a lot with this like um so my husband he’s been eating them as a
Snack but for me I I’ve been crushing them up and putting them on top of our overnight oats I’m thinking about doing like kind of like a tutorial on how I do that if you would be interested let me know down below if you like this uh

But I ended up getting these these is the um the milk chocolate delight ones by Atkins and I like these like for a snack so like I’m talking once I get done with dinner if I’m still hungry or I feel like I want something kind of
Like a little bit sweet or I’m not even a sweet person but sometimes like I might want something that tastes like a dessert or it tastes like I’m cheating or something like that and so what I’ll do is I’ll get a mason jar I’ll pour it
In pour one of these inside of there and then I’ll put me some chia seeds in there and when I tell y’all it be so good because it this is a good flavor by itself and then when you add them chia seeds in there it’s just like give it
That Crunch and it make you feel like you eating something like crunchy like something that’s like a dessert that’s what it feel like to me and then it also have a decent amount of protein 15 g of protein two nck carbs one gam of sugar and three fiber so got those
Two and then here go the chia seeds I was speaking of now I’ve already opened these although I haven’t had none of those drinks I’ve already opened the chia seeds because um I’ve also been putting those in overnight oats okay so that’s that here goes some whole grain brown
Rice for my husband he loves rice and you know whether I pair it with like um salmon or or just like you know like a surfy or something like that this is what I’ll use um I actually got a half a bag in there because I gave him a half a
Bag the other day well he started so I started um my healthy eating Lifestyle on the second he started on the first so on the first I made him the it was it was one by Uncle Ben but it was the long grain rice okay so this is a long grain
Rice I paired it with some salmon and a vegetable so that’s why I like to use this for um the Quaker Oats obviously we’ve been using this this is uh this is what I was saying that we use this is what I end up using for the overnight oats okay
And this big container really come in handy that is prgo um Chunky Tomato Basil and uh whatever garlic yeah so I like prgo as a um spaghetti sauce and in my mind I’m like okay well maybe I can pair that with some sort of a pasta
That’s whole grain for him or if I decide to make me like a Turkey um like some turkey spaghetti or something like that then I can make that as well for me okay so I got that now here go the whole grain pasta um spaghetti pasta that I bought I’ve
Been using this this is what I use for the shrimp scampy with the nood I was speaking of chicken broth I really bought this so that I could I I kind of made a mistake with this but I really bought this I bought this for a couple reasons one it
Was a dollar so I was like yeah I’m going to just get that and two though I bought it for like um to make the lentil soup with but then I realized after fact I’m like dang I should have bought vegetable but it’s all good every blue
Moon I know on there you can have um grilled chickens so so chicken broth it is okay so I got that um I also got some of these cans of these petite diced uh tomatoes because they’ll go great with uh in that in that lentil soup I was talking
About here’s no here’s the pasta that I was using for his um pasta salad for lunch so I got the colorful ones and it is it is wheat right drk I don’t know what that kind of wheat whatever is but it is what it is I got it you know I’m
Like it’s a healthier version and I got the colorful one because then it made me look like Chef girl Rd okay so I got that um perfect for the pasta salad he like uh cucumbers and stuff in his so I just put like extra cucumbers only a
Little bit of red onion cuz he really don’t care for it but I put it in there for the color and for a little bit more crunch for him with the Italian dressing on top perfect pair perfect perfect pair then I also bought this Honey Nut Cheerio
Cereal um so if he want a snack he can have a snack with his 1% milk or I can even have this as a snack if I had this as a snack I would just use like a red cup um in order to pour it into so I’m not
Overindulging you know in it as a snack okay and it kind of really when I do it that way it really helps me portion control it all right so I got that and then I personally drink like I put the 1% milk inside of our overnight oats but
I prefer the 2% milk okay the 2% milk is not it it ain’t going to do nothing bad to me on what I’m on you know what I mean I just have to just track it okay so I also bought these two Greek dressings now I say this is my favorite
Greek dressing um just in general and it’s a Greek um Greek vinegarette it’s so good y’all so good so if I make like a grilled chicken Greek salad with that feta cheese then here’s a couple of the low carb um wraps that I like to use actually I actually thought I was
Getting the bigger ones of this one but it’s all good these is kind of smaller but these are the SN back size ones here that I like so and there’re zero net cards too but these are the smaller well these are the street Taco ones I like
The snack size this is more like the snack size so I can use this for a lot of stuff if I’m making turkey tacos or um if I’m making him something like veggie tacos or something like that or even fish tacos on the day that he can
Have fish then I’ll use something like this and and then here is the zesty Italian dressing um I already had a zesty Italian dressing open that I was using for the past salad so that’s mainly what I’ll use this for unless it’s used for like a regular salad or
Something okay here go the lentil that I bought for the lentil soup and I want to say the lady said that one cup of lentils is enough to make a whole pot I’m like dang they really expand and go far so I got these two bags this should be plenty um I also
Got some black beans and honestly with the black beans you know they have the um reduced sodium ones too but I ended up not getting those but I’ve got them before they taste fine um I like to use this like I plan on using this for like
Um the Mediterranean diets a lot of beans and stuff like that that people be eating so I want to use it for that and then I also want to use it um for myself like if I’m doing like a um uh like like a replica of like a
Chipotle bowl or something like that I usually get black beans so I’ll do like the iceberg lettuce maybe a little bit of baby spinach or Roma or something I’ll do the black beans grilled chicken um sauté onions bell peppers stuff like that so that’s what I got the black beans
For and then I also got these chickpeas y’all I don’t like no chickpeas but um this is a part of the Mediterranean diet so that’s why I ended up getting it so I can mix that in for him with stuff uh let’s see now I just realized I missed
Um one of the frozen veggies so chop spinach too so I just you know use that for like some sort of like a stir fry or something like that is what I use it for and then here’s the frozen food fruit food here go the frozen fruit that I was
Using um I was using some of the fruit in this bag to place on top of our um overnight o so I got that and then I also have eight cans of tuna usually I get the starfish I don’t know why I got this one but it’s all good it’s still um
Chunk like tuna in water okay so I’m use this I’mma just like whip up some tuna for like some good lunches and stuff like that either either with crackers or either with like some whole grain bread or or something like that okay so that’s that that’s what I got that for and I
Could possibly even put it on like a salad or um put it on the side with like I can eat it with cucumber slices or whatever and I think I got a couple more things too let me see almost forgot these too so this right here is like
They really the same thing y’all I must have made a mistake butter or something but oh no no I didn’t so this pasta right here is pasta right but it’s made out of chickpeas so I’m like oh this is perfect for him and what he got going on
And then here’s the um whole grain one but they’re both the pine how y’all say that I don’t know p e n n e okay Pine something like that anyways let me know down the below if y’all know the proper way to say that and um I went as fast as I could
