I rent and these papers are outside my house. They look good. Should I eat them? What are they?

They look like Capsicum Frutescens. Might be Tabasco peppers. Enjoy!

There’s hundreds of varieties, but they’re all edible… could be spicy though

They look like tobasco peppers. You can also dehydrate them and make into a seasoning.

Lucky you! Slice them up and freeze to add to stir frys and pickle in jars whole with garlic cloves and peppercorns. Beautiful!

  7. Chile Pequin. Throw some in a molcajete (Mexican stone mortar and pestle) with some garlic cloves, salt and a bit of lime juice and bamn! Quick salsa for tacos.

Sundanese people call it “Cengek Jeletot” and eat them raw.

These look like ones that used to grow in our garden when I lived in Guatemala, and I remember them being referred to as chiltepes. I remember we used to dare each other to eat them as children b/c they were so hot!

Had some of these in my yard as a kid and was probably the first pepper I ever ate. They’re hot up front but fade quickly.

I’ve had these outside my fathers house when he lived on the islands. Surprisingly spicy but very very tasty. No clue what they are though I think tobasco?
