    They’re so good. Don’t sleep on substituting country ribs for the butt. Way less prep.

    Great reminder to make these again, it’s been a while, but it’s my go to and i’ve made it probably a dozen or more times! Sooooo delicious.

    They also freeze really well, just lay thin/flat in a ziplock bag or on a tray, you can reheat them directly on broil in the oven.

    This is a fantastic recipe. I make a simpler one nowadays because my kid is a bit of a turkey, but the crispy pork aspect she gets.

    My favourite of the taco recipes is the Al Pastor. 3 days to make but turns out amazing.
