No way this is actually under 600 calories right? If it is this is an incredibly great deal, the pizza is fantastic and laves penny of calories if you want to pair it with wings or something.

10 oz isn’t a large pizza. Most frozen pizzas are at least 12-13 ounces, often 20 oz. so, yes this makes sense. It’s just less than you’re used to

That’s around 200 kcal per 100g, which I would believe. That’s on par with other similar frozen pizzas.

At first glance I thought much of your pizza was missing 🤣

I think at worst it’s 20-30 calories over.

Similiar thing caught me off guard shopping this weekend, found Mozzarella pizza with 850 kcal and 42g of protein, mixing it with 400g of chicken with soya sauce on top sounds like dream combo. Bought directly 3 🙂

I think that’s accurate considering it looks to be thin crust and not a ton of cheese. It’s also not a huge pizza size which helps.

Yes, I’ve realized many times that pizza (and pasta) are great for calorie counting if:
They are well / traditionally made (good sauce, good non fried crust, not that much cheese).
They have no meat / sausage add-ons.
You don’t soak them in olive oil.
The same with pasta, if you have a lighter sauce, you are usually pretty good to go.
