Quick chili sauce, cheese, diced onions wrapped in flour tortilla. Served with Enchilada dipping sauce.

Cook one pound 90/10 ground beef until cooked through but not browned.
Add One (1) cup beef broth or water.
Add Two (2) tsp corn starch
Add One (1) package chili seasoning mix
Mix well and allow to thicken

Add 1/4 cup Enchilada sauce to the meat mix, mix together well.

Slather a touch of enchilada sauce into warmed flour tortilla.
Ladle about three tablespoons of meat mix in a line across center of tortilla.
Put on a few diced onions and shredded cheese.
Fold and roll tortilla as demonstrated.

Howy folks hope everybody doing real good we’re going to be whooping up a little quick lunch this afternoon making up some chili cheese burritos I think Taco Bell used to sell these they were called a chelo they found out that was a Spanish slang term they didn’t much appreciate

So they changed the name to a chili cheese burrito I don’t think they have them anymore not a whole lot to this goes together pretty quick got a pound of ground beef you’re going to want a lean ground beef that’s a 9010 we’re going to get that ground beef

Beef browned up a little bit get some beef broth in there with some corn starch we’re going to put a packet of chili seasoning in there let it cook and simmer down to it’s nice and thick a can of enchilada of sauce we’re going to get

It on some heat and get it reduced a little bit we’ll put a little bit of that into the uh the chili mix scoop it onto a nice big flour tortilla shell get a little more enchilada sauce on there of course some cheese a little bit of diced onion not a

Whole lot to it let’s get the cooking now we want to get this ground beef pretty darn Fine so really don’t want to put any color or brownness cuz once it caramelizes it’s really hard to get and find get us a cup of beef broth in here corn starch in get a chili seasoning pack in we going to get this in enchilada sauce back here and let it start

Reducing the touch you see the corn starch and the thickeners that are in the U chili seasoning pack thicking this up real nice just going to get a little bit of this enchilada sauce in here give us a taste see what it’s talking about that’s pretty darn good that’s a

  1. Have you ever tried a carne asada burrito? One of San Diego's staple foods. Tortillas should be warmed to make them more pliable, even though these were fully cooked. A better flour tortilla option are the ones that aren't quite finished cooking, you can finish them on the griddle/comal.
