Get right into it so for this recipe you’re gonna need some basil I already cut it up I like to get thinly sliced chicken breasts cuz I just don’t like the bulky chicken if you do have just regular chicken breast I would cut it in half but that’s up to you

You need some olive oil some fresh months some cherry tomatoes garlic cloves onions and then of course balsamic vinegar I’m using balsamic vinegar not balsamic glaze and then I just have some garlic oregano salt and pepper for the chicken so let’s get started and now I’m just gonna do the

Actually going to reduce we’re really doing a balsamic reduction so we’re gonna put this we’re gonna let it boil and then we’ll let it once it starts boiling we’re gonna let it simmer alright guys so it’s been about five minutes and this is how we’re looking here it’s starting to get thicker I

Lowered the heat already because it was boiling a lot but I’m actually gonna I’m sure gonna bring it down because at this point we just want it to simmer so I’m actually going to throw in our tomatoes cherry tomatoes I sliced up 15 cherry tomatoes out of this pack that

Can’t that I bought so this is 15 cherry tomatoes sliced right in the middle so we’re gonna get our tomatoes going in there I wish you guys could smell this because it’s freaking amazing well we’re also gonna throw in is our so I could start picking up the flavor

Okay I’m gonna save a little bit of basil just to put it on on the chicken after it’s done okay so I’m gonna let that simmer it for a little bit we’re gonna put I love balsamic vinaigrette if you know me so I’m just gonna let that
