Ingredients:
Chicken drumstick – 6-8 pcs
Soy sauce – ½ tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Garlic (dried) – 1 tsp
Ginger (dried) – ½ tsp
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Vinegar (apple or rice) – ½ tbsp
Cornstarch – 2 tsp
Water – 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp

Prepare the teriyaki sauce. Add sugar, garlic and ginger, vegetable oil, apple vinegar, soy sauce Mix them and boil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes Add cornstarch in bowl and pour in water Mix until smooth. Thicken the sauce with the water-cornstarch mixture Continue heating the sauce for a few more minutes

Do this until the teriyaki thickens Then let the sauce cool, pour over the chicken drumsticks using 2/3 of the total volume Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes. Place in an oiled heatproof dish and bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180-200 °C/356-392°F

Every 10-15 minutes, take the meat out of the oven and brush with the sauce. Five minutes before the end, sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds and chopped green onions Place the finished dish on a plate
