It’s almost that time of the year for the big game and I got the perfect appetizer for you guys are having friends over especially if you love Seafood this crab stuff shrimp is a delicious finger F item that you guys can to have at your next football party

Packed with flavor let me show you guys exactly how to make first things first I got some u5 promote nobody else season like that clean them all front to back and then I got toss them in a bowl with some avocado oil smoked paprika and then

Some of this lemon Bas seasoning for my God to make it happen some black pepper if you don’t have the lemon base seasoning already just go ahead and toss in some lemon pepper and Old Bay give these things a nice good mix be sure to season well you should see the seasoning

All over the shrimp front to back now let’s work on this crab cake or mini crab Bo mixture so into a bowl I got some mayo some Dijon mustard next you want to go ahead and go in with your favorite hot sauce I’m using this Louisiana you can use truff crystals

Whatever you got and then finish it off with some lemon juice go ahead and give this a good mix until everything’s well combined and this is a perfect time for you to taste test for seasoning if you would like I crushed up some saltine crackers you can use club crackers or

Oyster crackers and I mixed that in there as well this is what the consistency is going to look like and now as much as I understand that claw meat is delicious I’m using some lump and jumbo lump crab meat here just so that I have a little bit more texture

And larger lumps of crab for more flavor you want to be sure to fold this into this mixture so that it doesn’t break up too much and end up looking just like the claw meat and for an additional Papa green I made sure to add some chopped

Parsley to it as well and just it that in all right so now what you want to do to prepare the shrimp is you have this u15 shrimp with the tails on you’re just going to slice the bottom so that it can lay flat on that sheet tray so you take

Your knife slightly butterfly the bottom don’t split all the way through and you can see that here is where you’re actually going to lay it down on that sheet tray flat this is how the shrimp’s actually going to stand up on the sheet tray that way you don’t have to lay it

On this side and everything will cook evenly next you want to get a scoop of your crab cake or mini crab ball mixture into your hand roll it into a nice little ball and then go ahead and Tuck that ball right into the middle of the

Shrimp and then just lay the tail right on top of it clearly this is my last one and I already prepped all the other ones but this is what these bad boys going to look like right here you’re going to get them into an oven that’s been preheated to about 350 to

375° and I understand that some ovens are actually hotter than others so bear with me with that one but you just want to cook these long enough until the crab cake Cooks completely and then don’t overdo with the shrimp once you take these out you’ll see that the shrimp has

That red tint to them the crab cake is kind of golden brown you can tell these things are not overcooked I topped these with a nice garlic butter sauce that I made the garlic butter recipe will be down below in the comments this full crab cake recipe though is in my game

Day ebook I hope you guys get a chance to try it out the ebook will be linked below as well my dad had to try this one because I’m allergic to shellfish y’all but you see how to look on his face it to it all make sure you guys give the

Recipe a try and it’s a wrap let’s go oh
