Hi, in today´s video you can spend the weekend with me and make very easy blueberry cake for my parrents with me… you can see my home grocery delivery and after a little makeup GRWM, I had delicious chicken broth, I went into herb shop… enjoy!

Hello 😊🙋‍♀️ I’m about to bake easy blueberry cake for my parents 😻 … I have frozen blueberries from my daddy’s cottage…. … but this recipe works with any other fruit or even without… preheat oven on 180*C (356 *F) 180 g flour 100 g sugar 1/2 baking powder now the wet ingredients two eggs

And one white yoghurt, or sour cream, or 150g quark… anything you have and need to be used 😉 I have opened sour cream that needs to be used up… aprox 50 ml of oil ( sour cream has fat already so I’m using just like this)

If you’re using light yoghurt … add 60 ml of oil mix wet ingredients and now mix it together… sometimes I mix it all at once in one bowl… it’s very kind and well behaved batter …😆 … never do any lumps or other troubles 😁

It’s too thick… I’ll add little bit of milk 😻🫐 just with light hand… I don’t wanna have blue batter😁 lemon peel … and few drops of lemon juice (about one spoon ) and that’s it 😊 few blueberries on top baking on 180 *C (356 *F) aprox. 25 min 😻

Here in Czechia it’s usual to dry laundry on a drying rack… how about in your country? … I noticed that’s it’s quite common in Europe … but in Japan as well if I’m not wrong… ….we have too small bathroom for a dryer and it’s cheaper to use air 😆

I’ll tell you secret… If I don’t have to… I don’t iron… I hate ironing 🤣 … so let’s pretend it’s not crumpled 😆 … and what about our cake 😋 few more minutes… there is one sleeping angel… … which looks like kangaroo 😁🦘 let’s see… it’s done 👍

I usually have urgent need to poke a hole into that crust🙈😁 … but I can’t 🙈 I would like to try ganache… … but I’m sure I’d mess it up 😆 … cake creams aren’t well behaved … … they always make troubles !!! 😁

So I’ll make something like a chocolate pudding… that’s the safer option… little bit of cream few pieces of white chocolate melt it… …. I added 1/2 teaspoon of starch in a spoon of milk (I’ve lost that footage🙈) …and my easy safe cream was born 😁👍

Adding few drops of lemon into the cream … and it’ll be like a glue for blueberries on top frozen blueberries and cake for my parents is prepared 😻 … it was delicious… soft, it wasn’t dry, lemon, blueberris and white chocolate is great combination!

Butter kefir chicken breast, skeleton for broth minced pork one cute cat …he’s doing proper control of the grocery situation …bribes for QC manager …🤷‍♀️ … and there is his feedback… everything must be closely monitored… 🐈… let me check !?!?! 🐈mom!?! he’s so meticulous! 😆 little break with kefir 😻

I like that sour taste 😋 preparing meat into freezer I have very small freezer… so bags are my only option… Next day It’s early in the morning… and I’m cooking chicken broth 😋 carrot parsley celery garlic, onion I’ll prepare rice noodles 🐈 hello

🐈 I don’t have time for this mom… I’m at work… rice noodles hot water soy sauce 😻😻😻 meanwhile… let’s make pretty face 😁 I always have troubles with the right shade… although I’m cool tone ( like hair or colors which suit me)… my undertone is warm 😆

… and I usually have to mix my own shade it’s colored lipbalm….I don’t wear lipsticks… I feel like a grandma with lipstick on 😆 … It doesn’t suit me at all 😁 … but I love nice lipstick on others… lunch can be served 😋

Listening to ” YELO – Secret “… (it’s not what you hear now) one cultural dancing experience for you 😆 … other than that I’m quite ok 😆 we had first snow yesterday 😊 … and I’m going to buy some herbs… it’s -1 *C … so these cobblestones are pretty slippery😆

It’s very small shop… I’m not sure they will have what I need… let’s see they don’t 🙈… but let’s have a look herbal tea for liver pu- erh tea medicinal mushrooms reishi, ginseng hemp shampoo ayurvedic herbal soap I have to try different place… it’s really freezing cold ⛄️ nice street 😻
