From the beginning the goal for me was to improve my cooking. I didn’t even know how to PROPERLY cook rice in a pot… I wasted over $50 for an instant pot to make “good” rice…. still came out bad LOL. This meal I made was with ingredients I had in my frdige and pantry that I wanted to use up. Using the sauce from one of the meals I previously had and potato salad my mother in law made, this was AMAZING. Sauce was a little to garlicy (HelloFresh usually gives TINY garlic’s, so I wasen’t used to the garlicy flavor). I did not have dill for the ranch spice so I decided to just do a cajun seasoning that I got from target.

3rd picture: What I used to create the “sauce” No lemon zest as I had no lemons 🙁

Try using “better than bouillon” instead of the chicken broth for your pan sauce.
