Small carton egg whites
50g low fat cottage cheese
Sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and bell pepper
Blend cottage cheese and egg whites
Lightly sautéed veggies. Mix in veggies to egg white mixture. Pour all into muffin tin. Bake at 350 for about 10 mins or until firm.
