Gave the oil infusion setting on the chamber vacuum a whirl to get a quick result, then after I ran the infused oil through the sieve I briefly sautéed the garlic/herb mix, and I had also added jalapeño bits for a little kick.
I then set the oven to 400f, 35% steam and ran it for the standard 20 min untouched, then every 7 minutes I gave them a turn and finally I turned the top heating element on during the last 10 minutes, then removed steam for the last 5.
I am brand new to both these products so I’m more or less just experimenting but it appears the oven is very forgiving even when improvising.
