3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 red onion, minced
Salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to taste
It makes ~4 cups of salad for a total of 80 calories. I’ve had it sitting next to me all day and just take a nice crunchy savory bite whenever I feel the urge to eat something else. Definitely recommend!

You can squeeze on some fresh lime juice for some extra flavor for very few calories. (I think 5 calories per lime)
