Look at all that meat in the bottom pot. That’s my game. I don’t see any spicy being represented though, what’s the deal? Usually in my Pho you can see the oils saturating the broth and it’ll be an angry orange color. With soups you can really go deep because it dilutes any pain into pure heat.
