i made this little cheat sheet and it makes planning my meals so much easier
i end up snacking less / eating less processed foods too bc i make sure all my meals have at least some protein now

Calling it before it happens, people are going to post angry comments about your health/less healthy categories. I don’t mind, it’s your list and it’s your way to organize. I just put everything into a big list and select what I’m craving. I also don’t know for a fact if the macros/processing in a baked potato I made at home is healthier or less healthy than something else I made so I just track calories instead of focusing too much on labels.

I really love that you have a food to try list- it’s so hard not to get stuck eating the same ingredients and shying away from trying something new, so go you! 🥳

Genuine question: is it an American thing to eat pasta plain with butter? 🤔
Turmeric is delicious- try it with chicken!! But I usually reserve that spice for sweet treats.
You have some good things on here that I like, too! I’m a picky eater 🙁

Super helpful, I do something similar (mine is organized by calorie count, so <200 calories, 200-300 calories, etc.) and for meals with several “components” I try to keep track of the last time I logged it so I can just go back to that date and copy those items over to today.
It also gives me a “menu” of sorts to browse instead of racking my brain for ideas of what I want to eat.

Great list! It’s so funny how everyone has different taste bubs. (The not liking Avocados part 🤣 i agree with the oatmeal tho) It’s good that you had at least tried the food once.

I get it… not a lot of options for a healthy breakfast. But a hard boiled egg with rice? Do you add anything else?

Is a really good idea – I am terrible with making meals when no one else is home
