Grub of the day

    Breakfast: Water + coffee with collagen

    Lunch: Half a rye sandwich with ham and mustard, cottage cheese with Ranch seasonings, lots of veg and one dark chocolate square with hazelnuts

    Dinner: Honey-mustard marinated chicken, honey-glazed carrots and some little potatoes

    Snacks: Ice cream cone, flavored water, pickles and light cheese

    ~1409 calories for the day with ~101 g protein 🙂 I’m slightly under the calorie budget for today but I’m ready to go to bed
