I think this turned out so well?! I was trying to recreate a meal from a restaurant but also have been attempting to get better at scallops and I think maybe I got it!!!! w

    Thank you for not wrapping the scallops on bacon. The only thing worse than improperly cooked bacon is improperly cooked scallops.

    What a crispy crust!! I’m guessing the scallops were expensive- most scallops are treated with solution and won’t brown like that.

  10. Sounds really good, I love saffron but I’ve never eaten anything like this. Does duck fat have a big impact on the flavor versus using any other fat?
