Made a post if this brand was good to make yangnyeom gejang.
There isn’t any Korean restaurants that makes it near me so I made it myself.
Although I understand there is some risk using frozen crab I believe they did flash freeze it immediately to minimize it.
I’m feeling fine after couple of days of eating it and it turn out great! It had a lot of meat in it and enough to be 2-3 servings.

    I saw the post at work and wnated to respond after i ended but completely forgot.. please dont listen to anyone telling you to use live crabs, flash freezing kills off worms and bacteria. And almost all frozen seafood like the one in your picture is flash frozen.

    We’ve been using frozen crab for years and years for soy sauce and spicy marinated crab. Haven’t gotten sick ever.
