7 hours on high? I’d be surprised if it wasn’t over but should pull!

I just did 3 lbs for 9 hours on low yesterday. I precut the pork in cubes. When I moved the pork around with tongs after it was done, it was so tender none of the cubes stayed intact when I picked them up. 7 hours on high is more than enough.

Did it reach 195 degrees or higher? If so, yes, it will pull.

I would do two hours on high then kick it down to low for the rest of the time. Looks great!
