Onions and this I’m just going to go ahead and add one whole onion that I’ve already cooked I’ve got my garlic here and my garlic press that I’m going to go ahead and just press that garlic next I’m going to come in with my ricotta cheese and I’m going
To be using about a half of this container maybe just a little bit over here yeah all right I’m just going to give this a nice mix around let’s get that ricotta the onions and garlic all mixed in there looks like we already got a little piece of spinach in there

You guys can use that I do not so I’m just going to go ahead and skip it and just salt and pepper for now let’s just mix those seasonings back up in here that looks amazing and great but I have something left which is our yummy yummy parsley and I’ve got some
Fresh parsley here so all I’m going to do let’s go ahead and grab these ends off and let’s give this a nice chop so let’s just go ahead and add all this into our Bowl okay and let’s just go ahead and mix this for the very last time with all
That delicious parsley mixed in there it’s going to be so good add another layer of green and freshness and add some more flavor to these yummy spinach dip that we’ve got going on here all right delicious and amazing let’s go ahead and move this aside next
Up I’ve got my pho dough here let’s just go ahead and unwrap this that’s looking so good nice and Flaky just like we want it awesome making sure all of these are peeled apart and all I’m going to do is take my pizza cutter and go directly down the
Center and we’re going to cut all these Pho dough pieces in half all right nice and separated all right let’s go ahead and take this we’re going to move it and I’m going to bring out my baking sheet now all right and we’re going to bring in some of those Pho sheets we’re
Going to take about five or so sheets of all right and that looks great for what we need and then I’m going to bring out my spinach mix again and my ice cream scooper and we’re just going to get a nice even scoop and we’re going to place it right

Do now is take one of these Corners kind of smush it make sure your hands are washed I already washed mine and we’re just going to roll this in try to keep that filling in as much as you can but if you don’t it’s all right cuz we’re

It’s not going to be flaky already but I going to get that nice Golden Touch to it as well all right that’s looking gorgeous and delicious we’re heading to the oven now at 3:25 for about 45 minutes to an hour these just came out and look how delicious and golden they look and

This looks delicious. My mother and I make something similar, but we butter the phyllo dough layers before adding the spinach mixture and rolling up.
