It’s still cold in Florida these days. My fiancé has taught me the joy of pairing Ramen with Onigiri & Kimbap.

The first are grilled spam in a simple Teriyaki sauce glaze I made, with cheese slices and egg, topped with furikake and wrapped in seaweed paper.

The second are the triangle shapes I made to be more friendly with our travels, consisting of grilled spam, onion, carrots, Furikake, sesame oil, a little salt and a small amount of our desired sauce in the center.
