Yesterday was rough. Had to travel with my sister to the hospital at like 4am, only having about 3 hrs sleep. Stayed there 4 hours and haphazardly filled my plate at the breakfast bar bc I’m awkward. Had to get to work soon as I got home. Had a mini snack binge in the afternoon but pulled myself together by the evening after 40 mins of cardio 🥲 not pictured: mandarin and granola bar

The fact that I was able to eat half a chocolate bar on Thursday the other half the next day is actually a big accomplishment for me 🥹

I notice I tend to binge when I’m tired or don’t get enough sleep.
