Ham & Cheese Quiche

I made this recipe up in a pinch the other night before I had to be at my daughter’s volleyball game. The entire family loved it! It will definitely be on repeat. 🙌

RECIPE: (Makes 8 pieces)
1. Sauté 3 chopped mini peppers and 3 chopped green onions (white part only) *I used 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper.
2. In a bowl, whisk 6 eggs and 1 cup of heavy cream.
3. Stir in:
•1 cup cubed ham
•1 cup chopped broccoli
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp pepper
•peppers & onions
4. Pour into a greased pie pan.
5. Top with 1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese.
6. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
