Homemade Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits:
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of buttermilk
1/2 cup of frozen butter
Mix together and roll out
Cut into circles
Bake at 450 until golden brown

Gravy:
4 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of flour
Cooked sausage
2 cups of milk
Butter garlic seasoning and five pepper blend
Mix all together and remove when thick

Add gravy to the top of biscuits and enjoy!

We are making biscuits and gravy to a large bowl we’re adding flour sugar baking powder salt and then Frozen butter we’ll then be adding our buttermilk to the center of this and then folding this all together we’ll then add this to a floured work surface and begin rolling it out my tip

Here is to not roll it too thin if you want these to be thicker biscuits we are using a cup to get that round shape and putting these on parchment paper to the top of these we’re adding excalibur’s butter garlic seasoning along with melted butter and then baking these at

450. our gravy is going to be butter milk flour and sausage and then we’re going to be topping with excalibur’s five pepper Blends and butter garlic seasoning mix this together one final time and throw this on your biscuits once they’re out of the oven thank you
