Little backstory, had the chance to participate in Masterchef Quebec in October and this was the dish I made for the two judges! Unfortunately didn’t go my way, but I had an amazing time and it was a great experience. The episode aired last week, and I decided to have friends over and redeem myself with the same dish, but made it much better! Creamy, delicious lobster sauce with shrimps and lobster on top!
