Garlic Butter:
1/2 cup melted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Meatball Sliders:
1 12 ct. package of dinner rolls
Garlic butter
1 18 oz. package Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Beef Meatballs
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place frozen meatballs on a foil-lined baking pan or dish in center of oven and bake for about 10 minutes. They will finish heating through in the garlic bread.
3. Prep the dinner rolls. Cut a small hole in the center of each roll and remove just enough bread to make room for a meatball.
4. Make the garlic butter. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
5. Spread the garlic butter over the bread and inside the hole of each roll.
6. Place a pre-cooked meatball in each hole and top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
7. Bake at 375°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the garlic bread is toasted.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
