    My first test out of the Effeuno (P134HA 509) indoor pizza oven – full review should be up on the site + channel mid-week. Cooked for 65 seconds right around 1,000F.

    65% hydration from poolish, Bianco DiNapolo tomatoes, local mozz, jamon, basil.

    Looks good but you’d think their would be more leoparding at 1000°
