Salt and pepper peppers and bake with sauce 5 min at 375. Pan fry the ham and dice with onions. Take peppers out of oven and sprinkle with ham, cheese, onions, pineapple and banana peppers (I added the peppers after I baked them as an afterthought). Delicious, could double this and still have a healthy, low cal meal.
