Gochujang Jjigae – First time making a Jjigae

  1. I followed this recipe recipe and I think it turned out amazing! I’ve never had a Jigae before but I think the flavors of this were amazing.

    I used potatoes, daikon, carrots, zucchini and some onion.

    I marinated some chicken breast and threw it on top of my first bowl with cauliflower rice and fresh scallions.
