Just for future reference, a standard sized wheat burger bun (usually fairly inexpensive) is about 120-150cal. Sprouts store brand for example is 140. The hero 4 pack is $6.99, where store brand is about $3.99. You’ll shave negligible calories with the more expensive buns and cheaper ones are more accessible.
If you have $7 to spend on cutting 30-50 cals, then go for it. But I do want to share some calorie tracking knowledge that wheat burger buns are always reasonable in calories and can be purchased anywhere. Arnold’s used to be 120cal but are 140cal, so there are a few smaller wheat ones out there too.

I also read that the sliced bread also by them is 45 calories a slice. Pretty impressive.
