My wife bought me the rotisserie attachment for my birthday, knowing full well I’ve had my eye on it for some time.
So what better way to take it for a test run than to host some friends to celebrate and cook up a delicious porchetta
The cracking came out fantastic, and the meat was soft and juicy.
We tried a smaller porchetta about a week go and it came out ok (stationary roast in the kettle) but the rotisserie kit stepped it up a few notches for sure.

Why was it better on rotisserie?
What is this, where do I get it, and how do I cook it?
