My first “Day of Eating”, counting calories.

  1. Good job! Counting is something that works well for a lot of people including myself. Just make sure you are eating enough – I’m not sure what your body is like or your level of activity, but it looks like your day adds up to only 1100 ish calories. You want to make sure you pick a daily calorie goal that is sustainable and healthy while still at a deficit if you are trying to lose weight.
