I got last box 11 days ago, and one of the recipes was the Chicken Sausage Cavatapi Bolognese. I meant to make it earlier in the week, but… life, work, etc.
Knowing that the produce out of Phoenix can be sketchy sometimes, I checked the zucchini last Wednesday, then Friday and finally cooked everything today. As you can see from the photo, it was nice and ripe, not bendy or soft at all. It’s nice when the quality of your shipment is worth bragging about!
Oh, and the meal itself is really good, but I’d cut back a bit on the Italian Seasoning packets, but that’s just me.

I just made the same recipe from two weeks ago and my zucchini was still great as well. Never had an issue with HelloFresh in Ohio.
