I’d seen a few places pop up in London recently that do really good looking NY style pizzas, something which frankly is extremely rare to find here. So I checked them out and was absolutely thrilled to see they were all worth the hype!
In order are Gracey’s, Vinchenzo’s and 75 Slices at the Three Colts Tavern, with flop tests for each.
My favourite was Gracey’s New Haven inspired cheese pie (first pic), absolutely blew my mind with the dough and cheese/sause blend.

There is much hype about Crisp Pizza W6, but I just can’t bring myself to go to Fulham for any reason.
Brooklyn pizza crew in fulham is my goto. They have a bakers pride oven that you see in every NY pizza joint.
As a native NY’er, I will politely keep my big mouth shut, ideally with a giant NYC slice in my mouth. 😸
