I am preparing this dessert for the first time, but I will definitely take it as a habit. Because it is so simple and it tastes cosmically delicious.

We need:
#Cream 33-36% 450g
Sugar 90g
#Vanilla sugar 1 tablespoon
#Egg 4 pcs (only yolks)

Add 30 grams of sugar to the cream and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then add vanilla sugar, cover with foil and leave for 15 minutes.
In a separate container, mix the yolks and sugar. So that no bubbles form.
Put the cream again on the fire and bring to a boil.
Pour the cream into the yolks constantly stirring.
Pour the mixture into molds. Put the forms on the decode of the oven sealed with parliamentary paper. Pour water 1/3 of the forms, very carefully.
Bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
After baking, put the forms in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then sprinkle with sugar and melt the sugar with a gas burner.
