Looks great. I love it basic but a little sauce on the side is great too. Looks like loin / backstrap though. The tenderloins are tiny unless the picture is deceiving

That looks fantastic! But I actually wanted to comment for another reason. Your plates!!! Those are the exact same Corelle plates we used when I was a kid and they jumped out at me immediately. A few months ago I was reading another reddit post and I found this link that shows those plates test high for lead.

Corelle actually released a statement confirming and recommending they be retired and used for display instead.
