    It’s low quality protein so effectively more like 6.5, and I’m not about to eat 5-10 of their post workout.

    jk i would not eat something this inflammatory before a ride… or maybe i would. the threat of fiery shits would be a great motivator to bike faster to the nearest restroom lol

    Curious: Do y’all eat (very) spicy food post-workout? I’ve read that it might disrupt the stomach in a non-beneficial way for nutrient uptake, but I’m sure it’s quite subjective to each person’s spice level tolerance.

    Post workout you want fast acting protein and carbs to capitalise on insulin spike. Followed by slow release (protein and carbs) for energy and muscle repairs. All in all. If you want to have some noodles with a few eggs chopped up in there go ahead. Even have a banana or something too

    It’s not bioavailable protein. Adding egg, peanut butter, and or meat would add the aminos needed to make it more bioavailable.

    Ok I wonder if I got a bad batch? That shit was poisonously spicy, but I figured it was just being a pansy so I finished it all and drank the juice…. Big mistake.

    I was on the toilet at 3:00 AM thinking my insides were boiling. Almost went to the hospital lol.

    I absolutely love these but i eat these more for the carbs – you can eat like, two chicken wings and theyll have more protein in them than this pack of ramen lol. But that little pack has like 570g of Carbs in it, makes for a really good and quick pre-lift meal (1-2hrs before lifting).
