For 10 years I’ve been trying to make real New York style pizza at home 10 years Adam’s been trying to perfect this recipe this is my pizza stone you really need one of these if you use a pizza stone you’re going to get better results then I just stretch out the dough with

My hands put your sauce on I like lots of sauce then the parmesan layer then put on your mozzarella pick up the peel and shake it back and forth to make sure that the pizza is going to release when you take it to the oven you got to be

Able to do this with some confidence like flipping an egg I like to pull the pizza out with a pair of tongs right onto a cooling rack to me a defining feature of New York Pizza is Big foldable slices so I just cut this pizza into quarters that’s a nice Big Slice

Look how Brown the bottom is too by the way this gets me very close to my favorite New York style pizzas for me the final product it looks good it does it really does look good

  1. Wait, let me get this right. 10 years for dough, tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella? Without even attempting to throw the dough in the air to stretch it?

    Whaaaaat…???

  2. I’ve tried Adam;s NY style pizza recipe. It was okay, but I was was blown away when I made Vito Iacopellis’ dough. You should definitely check out his channel.

  3. Chef James again love all the content comings from a previous cook not chef lol I enjoyed cooking also.just like last time I commented had enough with restaurants but I will always have a love for cooking enjoy your holiday chef looking forward to more of your content (Cook Macky) lol

  4. But his stretching technique does not look like he did it for 10 years at all. I think it's just a clickbait

  5. I have a solution to be able to perfect a recipe. Just work as a chef In a New York pizza place. In maybe a couple months, you’ll have the recipe down

  6. How the hell IS that a "real new york pizza style"???? Its a simple margherita. Only tomato sauce and cheese.
10 years to put tomato sauce and bit or parmesano (dunno why) and mozzarella. The kind of pizza a parent asks for their kids, 10 years???? Hahahaha (it does look good but WOW)

  7. If you don’t have a pizza stone, it won’t be quite as good , but what you can do is put your pan in the oven while it’s preheating.
