I got one lime you know what i’m gonna change that up okay i’m gonna hit this up with two lines nice beautiful clean gloves get into it get into it very well we’re going to marinate this for about i want to say five hours minimum all right

marinade:
1/2 piece skirt steak
2 table spoon oil
2 table spoon garlic
1 table spoon salt

1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (use 4 peppers)
1 tea spoon dry oregano
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 table spoon paprika
1 table spoon onion powder
bunch of green onion
1 lime-2 limes
marinate min 5 hours
avocado salsa
Green Mexican sauce from La Costena
1 avocado
cut up fresh cilantro
(put on top of marinated steak and put in salsa)
cooking
sear for 5-6 minutes on each side
Oven – preheat 420
Bake for 8 minutes
let rest for 15 minutes

I would recommend to grill the peppers or fry them on the stove instead of boiling and wrapping the steak with bacon π₯π₯
