These guys are so inconsistent with the heat levels. Sometimes medium is perfect for me and for some reason the last time the medium was so damn hot I couldn’t finish it. Regardless, really tasty 🙂

Just got this for the first time the other day cuz of this sub. I think my buddy and I got lucky cuz it tasted pretty good and the heat had us sweating. They did a pretty good job. Wilmington, NC. Location. Definitely gonna go back soon.

I remember the first time I ate there, it wasn’t spicy. Second time was because my kids wanted to go. I got the spiciest and they asked me to sign a waiver. I was like “did somebody complain?!” and they said yes.
I gave it a 4.5 out of 10 fires. 10 fires still reserved to Howlin’ Rays.

I cannot wait to try this place once it opens in Elpaso, it was announced a few months ago and nothing updated then

I was impressed by the heat level at this place, especially for a chain. Only problem was the chicken was about 250 degrees and I burned out the inside of my mouth eating it. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if something is just spicy hot or temperature hot, but this was both.
