There are even some pricy sauces, though that Last Dab is thick enough that it would be difficult to use half the bottle like some other expensive ones. I have a hard time trusting my own guests with a real thin sauce (which is all my milds and mediums). Pepper flakes to the rescue.
They might want a warning for Da Bomb or any other extracts. Not that anyone drunk enough to try them would be sober enough to read it.

There’s a BBQ chain in South Florida (maybe elsewhere too) called Lucille’s that has a wall of hot sauces. I would always get like three of them, try them all, then find that all three mixed together was the best.
