Hi everyone! I’m new to this sub and, as I’m using it to find delicious recipes – thank you!, I thought I could send my own as well.
This is today’s dinner: fish tacos with mango sauce. They contain spring mix salad, halibut (I’ve used black pepper and cayenne to marinade the fish), caramelised onion, and some corn. They’re topped with mango sauce and ají. All this stuff is only ~350 cal!
