Idk why but sounds good on Brie with crackers

Bagel with cream cheese

I would personally use it for a cream or white cheese and crackers. Kinda like a pepper jelly, but sauce. I wonder if you can make ice cream with it? A creamed sauce/puree would be good with something.
mcdormjw

I used it like spicy cranberry sauce during thanksgiving and Christmas- put it on my mashed potatoes, stuffing, and turkey. Really anything savory and salty that could use fruity and vinegary to balance it.
AliceInAcidland
had this problem with a different blueberry sauce, turned out it’s great on mac and cheese

I’ve had this before. It is pretty good on Eggs or Omelette.
It has good flavor and isn’t overly spicy, but I wish the blueberry could shine through more.
Side note: I wonder if cranberry hot sauce exists. Mixing the tartness of a cranberry and heat could be interesting.

I didn’t care for it too much, ended up using it as a marinade for a small batch of beef jerky.

Use it with fatty meat or poultry such as Duck.Br a nice finished glaze on grilled ribs also.I made a few bottles with both blueberries and cranberries. At first I like you didn’t know what to use em on but they both stood up well to fattier cuts. The blueberry one too was very good with creamy cheeses as suggested by many on here.

Marinade some chicken or turkey with it, cook the meat wet, then use the meat in a salad.
